Trpanj harbour (43°01′N 17°16′E), situated in front of the village of Trpanj, is formed by a breakwater projecting WNW. On the S shore, which is lined by a quay, there is a small harbour between an E and W mole, the latter being angled. The harbour is obscured from E by a ridge on which stand two chapels and a belfry. Anchorage may be obtained outside the harbour, good holding, mud, but exposed to the Bora and Scirocco.
