Porto Cesàreo is a small harbour lying on the SE side of the peninsula on which Torre Cesàreo stands, and at the S end of the village of Cesàreo. Porto Cesàreo Marine Nature Reserve lies off the coast in the approaches to Porto Cesàreo.
