Sacca di Goro, or Sacca dell’Abate, is entered between the mouths of Fiume Po di Goro and Fiume Po di Volano, 5. 5 miles WNW. It consists mainly of a drying bank, on which above-water sandbanks extend W from Fiume Po di Goro along the seaward edge. A marked channel in its W part affords access to Fiume Po di Volano and Goro, 5. 5 miles NW of Po di Goro Light where there is a small harbour.
