The town of Fuscaldo lies amongst olive trees 0. 8 mile E of the tower and is easily identified by its red roofs. Torre di Fuscaldo (white, round) stands above and behind the houses of Marina di Fuscaldo. With local knowledge fair weather anchorage in depths of about 10 m, sand, good holding ground, can be obtained off Marina di Fuscaldo. In less favourable conditions anchorage can still be obtained but further offshore. It is dangerous to remain at this anchorage in SW winds.
