Located 14 km from the town of Skopelos, Milia is the most beautiful and largest beach with golden sand in the island. Close to Panormos and Antrines, it is an organized beach which attracts many people, as it offers facilities and water sports. This beach is a great option for a swim while sailing in Greece.The water is crystal clear and if you want to distance yourself, you could walk to the end, where you will find small quiet bays behind the rocks. Opposite to Milia, the small piney island of Dassia is found and, according to legend, a great treasure is buried there inside a deep cave.
