Beautiful sandy beach located 8.5 km southwest of Skiathos town and sheltered from strong winds. The name derives from the chapel there, literally lost in the shade of the centenarian trees. The beach is very well organized with water sports facilities. The golden sand beach and clear blue waters create a truly unforgettable image and make it a very popular spot. The area has several restaurants, cafe and ouzeries.
