A quite large beach with fine sand in and out of the water; ideal for water sports. Particularly popular for families with young children as the waters are shallow. It is an organized beach with umbrellas and sun beds and tavernas. This region has dense pine forests. This bay and the whole area of the island along the valley are called Palavoudim Lakka Lakka Palavoudimou in the local dialect.
