Palamida is a rare beach, located at the south of Vlicho following a dirt track for 20 minutes and after crossing a stone bridge dating from the 17th century. Visitors of this beach might be all alone on this beach with the clear water. However, they will be able admire the mansion of Boulgaris, where it is heard that Pasha Kapoudan used to live when he lived on Hydra. Many churches can be found nearby the beach as well as a traditional shipyard, the only one left on the island.
