The long sandy beach along the coastal Posidonos avenue in Alimos is located 8 kilometers southeast of the city center, therefore it is the closest to the center of Athens Attica Beach. Other feature of this beach is that it belongs to the Municipality of Alimos which gives the daily services to the public free. The beach is fully organized with sun beds, umbrellas and showers. A short walk from the beach you will find cafes, taverns and ouzo.
