The beach is located between Kaminia Argassi and Vassilikos. It is a sandy beach without crowds, tavernas, sunbeds and umbrellas.

Kaminia beach and the whole area of Laganas bay is one of the most important shelters for the endangered species of Caretta-caretta in Greece.
