Kalavarda is a beautiful sandy beach on the west coast of the island. The sea is usually slightly wavie and colder than east coast but the crystal clear waters make it an attractive beach to spend a day on the sun improving your tan. The beach is well organized with umbrellas, public showers and a couple of restaurants to enjoy fresh fish.
