The Beach Psalidi is about 3.5 km from Kos town, on the East side all the way from Kos Marine to Agio Foka. The beach is one of the most popular beaches of the island. There are a lot of hotels along the beach, many taverns with fresh fish and restaurants with Greek and international cuisine. The beach is organized, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Also there are many water sport centers at the area, as Psalidi beach is ideal for surfing due to its location. In the summer the beach is full of surfers on a daily basis. In this area there is also Agios Fokas beach which is known for its blue waters and the most beautiful sunsets. Psalidi beach is suitable for windsurf and kite surf. The wind in this area is ideal. There is also a school for those who need professional help to improve their skills and rent the necessary equipment.
