The port of Kastellórizo is natural. Its entrance is set to the northeast and its opening is 160 m wide. The southeast shores of the bay are quayed, with nearby depths of between 3 and 6 m. An 84-meter-long quay is constructed at the middle of these shores, with nearby depths of between 6.2 and 6.6 m. Ferries usually stern to at the quay.

A slipway that is used for the hauling of small vessels is located at the northern part of the quay and in a distance of approximately 5 m offshore.
