It is an artificial port that is open to the east. It consists of two parts, the north (new) port and the south (old) port, which are divided by the central mole that extends to the east for 65 meters.

The south port is formed between the central mole and the south breakwater, which lies 120 meters south of its head.

The north port is formed between the central mole and the north-angled breakwater, which is located at a distance of 310 meters northeast of the head of the central jetty.
