The Municipality of Oropos occupies the entire northeast Attica and extends from the Gulf of Evia to the foothills of Parnitha and the lake of Marathon to the frontier of Attica with Boeotia. In the blue waters of Evian Gulf, guests can enjoy the sea, while dozens of restaurants offer a variety of seafood from local fishermen.

In the northern villages on the other, the specialty is meat dishes with good wine. Oropos has also developed into an entertainment center with dozens of cafes and bars.
