On the north western side of Andros, about 35 km from Chora and 4 km from Gavrio, there is Fellos, an easy to access beach with crystal water and soft sand on the shore. This small bay is sometimes affected by summer winds, the so-called meltemia, but it is generally goods for swimming. In the surrounding region, there are few rooms to rent, while some taverns line the coast. Along the beach, there are also trees that provide shade to visitors. Fellos is nice for fishing, while in close distance there are other beaches, like Kourtali and Selki.
