Pebble beach located 16 kilometers north of Agios Nikolaos, 5 km north of the tourist resort of Elounda. The beach next to the village, which became known worldwide from Victoria Hislop's book of The Island. The beach is not affected by the winds and provide shade in the trees. Formerly a quite beach but now it has became well known and has sun loungers and a lot of people. You can find food, coffee, etc in the village of Plaka. Access from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda by private means only.
