Uvala Lučina (44°05′N 15°00′E), on the NE coast of Dugi Otok, lies W of the Rt Kamičina peninsula with Otočić Utra in the entrance. A light (red round tower with gallery, 5 m in height) is exhibited from the N end of the peninsula. The village of Zaglav, in which there is a belfry, lies at the shallow head of the wooded bay fronted by a mole from which a light (red metal tower with gallery, 5 m in height) is exhibited and some jetties. There is a depth of 14 m in the channel SE of Otočić Utra and 10 m in the channel SW of the islet. Coasters may obtain good anchorage in the N part in depths of 13 to 15m. Small vessels may anchor near Zaglav village for which local knowledge is required. They may pick up a mooring from one of several mooring buoys laid on the W side of the bay or may secure to the head of the mole.
