Šimuni (44°28′N 14°58′E), a fishing hamlet at the head of a narrow L-shaped inlet on Otok Pag, is entered NW of Rt Šimuni. The harbour is protected from winds and sea on all sides. Craft may obtain sheltered anchorage in about 12 m over a bottom of rock covered with sand and mud, good holding, with hawsers to the shore.
