Uvala Vela Rina (43°26′N 16°05′E), on the SW side of Otok Drvenik Mali, is entered between Rt Kalafat and a point about 1 mile NW. The N side of the bay is bordered by a shallow bank. The head of the bay is shallow. Temporary shelter from the Bora may be obtained in 17 to 30 m sand, good holding, with Rt Kalafat in line with the summit of Otočić Orud, 1140 meters miles SE, bearing about 122°. Coasters can anchor nearer the E shore with hawsers laid to it, but should vacate the berth at the first sign of an onshore wind.
