Trogir (43°31′N 16°15′E) is built on an islet situated in the narrowest part of Trogirski Kanal. The islet is connected N to the mainland by a bridge over a narrow passage, and S to the suburb of Čiovo, on Otok Čiovo, by a former swing bridge. The harbour, with a total quayage of about 335 m is suitable for coasters, and serves Otok Čiovo.
