Uvala Potkućina (43°42′N 15°40′E) entered close W of Rt Oštrica lies between the NE coast of Otok Kakan and Otočić Borovnjak Veli and Otočić Borovnjak Mali. Both islets are uncultivated and are connected by a narrow bank over which there is a depth of 6⋅4 m. Otočić Borovnjak Veli, NW islet, is connected to the NW entrance point of the bay by a narrow bank over which there is a depth of 4 m. The bay affords anchorage, sheltered from all winds, in depths from 17 to 20m SSW of Otočić Borovnjak Mali. Boats can find sheltered anchorage elsewhere in the bay in depths of 5 to 16 m. The bottom is sand and weed.
