Luka Metajna (44°30′N 15°00′E) is entered N of Rt Zaglav. The village of Metajna, where the chapel of Sveta Marija is prominent, lies at the head of the cove. Luka Metajna affords the best anchorage in Paški Zaljev and is preferred to all others for a prolonged stay. It affords shelter from the Bora and Scirocco in good holding. Recommended anchorages are: 0. 6 miles WNW of Sveti Marija Chapel in about 35 m; or closer inshore in 13 to 26 m as appropriate to size.
