Luka Ustrine (44°44′N 14°23′E), a large sheltered bay on Otok Cres, is entered between Rt Županja and Rt Ustrine, half mile NNW. The village of Ustrine, elevation 180 m, on a hilltop a short distance E of the harbour identifies the inlet. Anchorage, sheltered from all winds, may be obtained under the E side of Rt Ustrine in 9 m, mud, good holding, with anchors laid SW and lines secured to bollards on the shore NE. In a Scirocco small vessels are advised to anchor in the cove at the SE head of the harbour.
