Uvala Funtana (45°09′N 13°36′E) is entered between the peninsula forming the NW entrance point of Luka Vrsar and Hrid Mrlučica, 0. 3 miles NE. The N side of the bay is enclosed by Otočić Salamun and Otočić Cavata, respectively 90 meters E and 280 meters ESE from Hrid Mrlučica, which stand on the coastal bank close offshore. A quarry is situated close inland on the S shore a short distance E of the entrance point. N of the quarry in 13 to 16 m, sand and mud, good holding. E of Otočić Cavata, well-sheltered, but only suitable for small vessels.
