Uvala Plitvine (42°57′⋅9N 16°42′⋅3E), 2 miles E of Otočić Kamenjak, affords the most secure anchorage to coasters in Zaljev Vela Luka in depths of about 15 to 24 m, sand and mud, with hawsers laid out to the weather shore.
