Harbor Neapóleos is on the NE part of Vátika bay. Neápolis settlement (population 2,727) is situated inland, at an elevation of 10 m. In front of the settlement`s houses there is a T-shaped jetty extending SW for 190 m.

The maximum width of its head is about 35 m and a light (36°30´.5 N – 023°03´.5 E) stands at its NW end. At a distance of 50 m from its head, on its S side, there is a ramp with depths of 5–6 m near it. Depths alongside the jetty are about 6 m, decreasing gradually to 1 m near its root.

At a distance of about 200 NW of the jetty there is a quay, 25 m long and 7 m wide, with a ramp and depths of about 1 m near it.
