Special Note: FUELS included are based on the current Fuel Rate and is Subject to Change; any increase of Fuels, the difference will be Settled directly upon Embarkation by the Charterer

Personal Expenses, Gratuities, Spirits & Fine Wines, Special Menu Requirements, Transfer to/from Marina, and Water Toys
Cancelation Policy
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply and depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
a. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of more than 90-61 days prior to boat embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 60-31 days prior to boat embarkation.
c. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings cancelled in a period less than 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
d. Policy of "Dossier's Expenses" will be applied for bookings over 90 days prior to boat embarkation
• 150 Euro for yacht up to 37’ ft,
• 250 Euro for yachts over 37’ ft up to 49’ ft,
• 300 Euro for yacht over 50’ ft up to 59’ ft
• 350 Euro for yacht over 60’ ft
