Our Commitment to Reducing CO₂ Emissions

Taking Action Against Climate Impact

At Sail la Vie, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and actively tracking the carbon footprint of our sailing operations. As part of our sustainability strategy, we work with trusted organizations to assess our emissions and train our team in responsible practices.

Carbon Footprint Measurement by Green Sail

Data-Driven Insights into Our Fleet’s Emissions

In partnership with Green Sail we measured the CO₂ emissions of the top three cruises we offer. This assessment has provided us with valuable insights into their environmental impact based on factors such as:

  • Passenger numbers
  • Fuel consumption
  • Water and power usage
  • Food consumption

You can view the results of the emissions measurement here: CO₂ Emission Published Results for Selected Yachts

You can also view the PDF with the methodology and key insights from Green Sail here: CO₂ Emission Published Results for Selected Yachts

Looking ahead, we are actively exploring carbon offset options as part of our commitment to further reduce the environmental impact of our sailing operations.
