Sailing Holidays in Loutraki Beach
Loutraki is the second harbor of Skopelos and is 28 km from the town. It is the seaport of Glossa and one of the resort places on the island that in recent years has had rapid growth. At the entrance of the harbor there are the small islands of Stroggylo, Paximadi, Glaronisi and Dassia, which protect it from strong winds and make it safe for ships. Around the harbor the town of Loutraki unfolds. Near the beach, there are sources from which the village is supplied with water. At this location, the ruins of Roman baths also exist and on the west side of the town and up a hill you will see the ruins of the ancient acropolis of Selinountas.
