Skala or Alopronia is the harbor and only anchorage in Sikinos. The harbor is shallow with very limited room to manoeuvre and little space for yachts. In 2009 there were depths of only 2.5 meters in the approaches.

Larger yachts beware! Limited mooring options are either alongside the small quay or anchoring off, although the harbor is shallow and very rocky.

Warning: There are lots of rocks on west side of the little harbor.
