A shelter for pleasure boats (Marina) in Chalkída has been constructed on the inner shores of cove Vourkári. Its entrance is facing south-southwest with depths of about 5 meter on the axis of its entrance.
It comprises of the central mole that extends to the southwest for about 230 meters. Along the mole and vertically to it, there are three more floating pontoons 72, 60 and 48 meters respectively, from north to south.
The fishing shelter of Kourentí is formed on the northeastern shores of the cove, east of cape Tekés, while its entrance is facing west. A mole that extends to southwest for approximately 35 meters protects the northwest part of the fishing shelter.
