The small harbor Vótsi is situated on the east coast of Vótsi bay. Its entrance is open to the southwest and formed by two breakwaters made of natural boulders. The windward breakwater that protects the cove from south winds extends to the west for 80 meters, while the leeward breakwater extends to the south for 30 meters.
The east coast of the small harbor is quayed for 110 meters, with depths of less than 1.5 meters near it, while the remaining part is sandy. A slipway lies in the west part of the east coast.

For many, this is considered the most significant area in the northern side of the island because of its rare wild beauty with beautiful small and secluded beaches. The Megali Ammos is the largest of the small beaches of the bay and consists of white pebbles and fine yellow sand in some places.
