The small port is protected from the south by a mole that extends to the east for 60 meters. At a distance of 70 meters to the north of the mole there is a 50- meter-long jetty of southeast direction. A quay, 150 meters long, extends to the north from the root of the jetty. At the end of the jetty there is a slip.
Caution is required from boats that berth to the mole as from its root up to 30 meters to the east, on both sides, there are submerged blocks and the depths are only 0.7 meters. Also sailing boats that berth stern to on the quay that is located north of the jetty should keep a safety distance of 5 meters from the quay since the depths above the submerged blocks are less than 1 meter.
Approximately 2 km from Agia Marina you will find another lovely sandy beach with spotless waters, Pachia Ammos. The beach is not organized; therefore you must attend to your essentials but it is a good option for a swim while sailing in Greece.
Quiet coastal village with clean coasts and cool turquoise waters. The range of coasts allows for a safe swimming for children, spear fishing at the head of a reef in the middle of the bay and autonomous scuba diving opportunities to explore the wild rocky sea-bottom.
