6 km after Armenistis the coast of Kavourotripes hidden behind a splendid pine forest, impresses with the white rocks, the microscopic sandy beaches and the crystal waters. For many this is considered the most exotic coast in Chalkidiki; a secret lace from whitewashed small sandy beaches, turquoise waters, rocks sculptured from the wave and dense pines that reach up to the wave.
The islets of Anagnostou, Philippidis and Kolomparou, compose the Spalathronisia complex, a series of lovely, small, isolated beaches and clusters of small islands ideal for diving. The visitor can visit these coasts by boat and enjoy the crystal-clear blue sea and the golden sun.
Following the coastal way from Porto Carras to Agia Kyriaki there is a lot of small deserted coves with beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise waters, for those who prefer isolation. Needless to say, there is no organized beach there, so you should bring along all the necessities.
In the most southern part of the peninsula, this is a favorite destination for those who love free camping; caravans parked almost on the edge of the steep rocks with their owners enjoying the best view of the Aegean sea with the Sporades islands popping up on the horizon. If the atmosphere is clear, the ridges of mountain Pelion are visible.
The small port is open to the southwest and covered from the west by a small peninsula of south direction, which is 300 meters long and ends up at cape Néos Marmarás. The opening of the entrance is 200 meters and its penetration to the north is 300 meters.
