Beach Psakoudia is a unique beach, which impresses even the most exigent of visitors. Here the green of pine mingles with the deep blue of the sea and the sky, creating an image of natural beauty.
From Psakoudia to Kalyves beach, Polygyros unfolds the enormous, lovely sandy beach of Gerakini with a market for shopping, food, souvenirs, footpath for walks, playground, marine sports (banana, ski, tyre, canoe, marine bicycle k.a), taverns, ouzo selling restaurants, bars.
Located between Gerakini and Olynthos, the sandy beach of Kalyves existed in the site of the ancient city Mikiverna which was independent and important, due to its location and port of the famous ancient city of Olynthos. No systematic excavations in the area of the ancient city have taken place however.
In front of the homonymousous village, the long beach is sandy and organized. It is the continuation of the beach of Agios Mamas.

Roughly halfway from Nea Fokaia to Afitos you will find the small and beautiful beach that is in front of the Hotel Aristotelis. White sand and small rocks are scattered on the beach.

Marina Sáni, with a round shape and a diameter of about 200 meters, has been constructed in front of the hotel in the inner side of cape Pýrgos. The entrance channel that connects the marina basin to the sea, is 210 meters long and 30 meters wide.
The port of Néa Moudaniá is a small commercial harbor that consists of the inner and the outer port. The outer port, which is mainly used by cargo ships, is protected by two breakwaters.
Petralona cave is located near Nea Moudania, 300 meters above sea-level. The cave was discovered in 1959 and is world famous for the stalactite and stalagmite decoration as well as the skull and bones of the Archanthrope of Petralona.
