The fishing shelter of Agía Ermióni situated upon the namesake cape’s shores. The entrance of the shelter is set to the east and it is protected by two moles. The first mole extends to the south for approximately 100 m and a light exhibits at its head. The 150-meter-long south mole is curved and extends to the northeast. A light exhibits at its head as well. There are rocks above and below the surface of the sea lying along and close to the coast.

Agios Giannis is a beautiful beach, with small pebbles and crystal waters at the village of Kalimassia. The northern part of the beach is known as Aghia Fotia and the southern part of the beach is called Agios Giannis, named after the small chapel of Saint John near the beach.
Karfas is located 7 Km south of the town of Chios and is among the most well-known and loveliest beaches of Chios, with a fine sand suitable for beach games and relaxing sunbathing.
