The small port of Ierissós is a small fishing harbor, open to the northwest and located about 0.7 miles southeast of the settlement of Ierissós . It is protected from east winds by an L-shaped, windward, breakwater, 380 meters long. Upon its head a light operates. Its outer side is protected by a slope of masonry, while its inner side is quayed with depths that vary from 4.5 to 5 meters.
A mole that extends to the west for 60 meters is located in the middle of the inner side of the breakwater. From the west and northwest, the small port is protected by a breakwater made of natural boulders, which extends to the north for 120 meters. The depths on the inner side of the port vary between 3 to 5 meters.

Located on the back side of the island, opposite Ouranopoli, is one of the most beautiful and large beaches of Ammouliani, shaping a well-written sandy arc, which is erased toward the coasts of Sithonia. The white fine sand and the crystal waters will amaze you.
A series of small islets called by the locals, Gaidouronisia constitute a cluster of small islands at a distance less than two miles from Ouranopoli and Ammouliani. You can approach them with your own yacht or rent a small boat, from Ouranopoli or from Kamoudi.
