The small harbor of Pláka (Avlóspilou) is formed about 0.6 miles N of harbor Neapóleos. Its entrance, facing SW, is only 15 m wide, depths along the entrance axis are almost 1 m and is very hard to identify.

On the S coasts of the cove Palaiokastro there is a mole 110 m long with a N–NW orientation, at the head of which stands a light. Its outer side is protected by natural boulders and has a parapet.
