Large, sandy beach, close enough to the town of Preveza, about 5 km Shortly after the Cote d'Azur, Kalamitsi offers wonderful addition to the shade of eucalyptus trees, a beach. Aimed at tourists, but is also ideal for families as the water is clean and fairly shallow.

The Monastery of Panagia Faneromeni or Moni Faneromeni is the most important religious centre on the island of Lefkada.
