Gidaki Beach at Ithaki
Exploring Ithaca Sailing Holidays area
Sandy great natural beauty is one of the best and most beautiful beaches in Greece. It is accessible only by boats that leave frequently from Vathy, a town on the island and the distance is about 20 minutes. However, if someone wants to walk, must follow a path from the beach Schinos. Will take about 45 minutes, passing through a forest of oaks, cypress and pine trees that reach the sea. Moving on, the trail passes a hill, tucked in an alleyway that looks like a tunnel and leads straight to the white pebble beach and turquoise waters. There is a canteen in the area, but there is no natural shade.
