The natural port of Boúka is formed in a distance of 100 m to the southwest of the pier of the port Fry. The entrance of the small port is set to the north. It is not easily recognized from the open sea.
The inner side of the small port is quayed and the depths are approximately 1 m. A slipway is located to the north of the western limit of the small port’s entrance.

The port of Emporeió is protected by a curved mole, which begins from the northwest limit of the port and extends for approximately 110 m to the northeast where it turns and extends for 105 m to the northeast.
Its outer side is protected by natural rocks while its inner side is quayed, with depths of 3.
Located in the southern part of the island with its natural harbor, it was used during ancient times,from the Minoan sailors . The beach is always protected from the winds, while in the open, waves are formed individually, making the location, a small paradise for lovers of windsurfing.
