Agios Georgios Beach

Agios Georgios is the second largest beach on Sikinos and is found on the eastern side of the island. It is a sandy beach with enough trees to give you abundant shade. There is also a small tavern where you can enjoy traditional food if you are hungry.
Navigational Aids
Skala or Alopronia is the harbor and only anchorage in Sikinos. The harbor is shallow with very limited room to manoeuvre and little space for yachts.
Small quiet beach, behind the beach Koumbara, in the bay of the harbor. For those who love reading, it is an ideal place to enjoy a good book.
Alopronoia is the largest beach on the island and is found next to the harbour of Sikinos. It is a family beach with soft golden sand, shallow water, trees or umbrellas if you want shade.
Ai Giannis is a small beach located on the south eastern part of the island within a bay which provides protection from winds. The beach is pebbled and has crystal clear waters but there is no natural shade around, therefore you should be prepared with supplies and protection from the sun for a joyful day at the beach.
Agios Panteleimonas is a small secluded sandy beach on the south eastern coast of the island suitable for those who seek seclusion. The beach can be accessed by boat but there is also the option to take the path from Alopronoia.
Santorineika is a very small beach south east of the island. The boats from Santorini were loaded here with merchandise from the island.
Maltas is a tranquil and secluded beach with white sand and pebbles and azure waters. It is located on the north eastern part of Sikinos in the homonymous bay and can be reached by boat or through the long path from Kastro settlement.
Located to the northeast of Alopronia, Dialiskari is a small sized beach quite similar to Agios Georgios. The white, sandy beach shores is covered with a few umbrellas and some ample trees for shade.
