Parikia is the main commercial harbor of the island. It is a fairly busy and noisy harbor but it is an excellent shelter form the meltemi (the Etesians) (the Etesians) and from the south winds.

At the region of Mastichi, in the southwest part of the island, almost opposite to Despotiko, lies the unique sandy and pebbled beach, sourrounded by rocks. Accessible only by small boats.
Soros beach is a popular long sandy beach organized with sunbeds and umbrellas with sapphire waters and trees offering natural shade to the bathers. It is not suggested for families with children since the water in many spots suddenly deepens and the seabed is abrupt, with some rocks found even near the shore.

Named after Sifnos Island that can be seen in a distance, this enchanting beach is a pure haven of tranquillity with crystal clear waters and golden sand. It is exposed to the summer winds so its waters can get pretty rough otherwise it is ideal for swimming and snorkelling adventures.
Livadia is a lovely beach on the western side of Antiparos, which is the most undeveloped part of the island. About 17 km from Chora, this beach is frequently affected from strong winds, which is why it doesn't get very frequented.
