Psathi is the port of Kimolos but also the most popular beach on Kimolos. It is a busy, lovely place with local colour. Psathi is a bit pebbled and shallow and it has crystal water. The fish taverns in Psathi offer delicious dishes. You should visit the little church of St. Nicholas (Agios Nikolaos, 18th cent.).
Right by the old quarries that used to extract limestone lies a long shore of large pebbles and golden sand easily accessible from the main road. Slightly shaded by marram grass and hidden in a natural rock formation jutting into the azure sea, Klima Beach is the perfect spot for enjoying the sun and the summer breeze.
