Agkali Beach
Exploring Folegandros Sailing Holidays area
A beach of unique beauty, in the southern part of the island (in the picturesque bay of Vathi) golden beach (with sand), which is about 3-4 km from the town. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches of Folegandros. The beach does not have any organization other than 2-3 restaurants within walking distance from the sea. When not blowing west wind is calm and clear water. The beach has almost no shade, except for some points below the high cliffs a few hours a day, depending on the position of the sun. If you skip a rock on the edge of the left and you find yourself in a small and almost private beach that fits few bathers. From the small mole on the right of the beach, visitors can take excursion boat and a few minutes to reach the neighboring beaches of St. Nicholas, Fira, or even farther in Livadaki. In the first three beaches you can go and walk Agali, a good trail with some uphill at the beginning of. Access from the town is still on foot (less than an hour). From Karavostasis you can come by excursion boats. By road the journey is 10-15 minutes. Operates regular bus service Chora - Agali (once a day goes directly to Ano Meria).

Ano Meria is a traditional Greek village. The houses have small windows to be protected from the very strong winds.
Voreina beach is in the middle of the island in an open bay, about the height of Agali, but diametrically opposite eastern coast of the island, an uninhabited area. Its name is because it is located to the north of the country.

Located just 20 minutes walk from Aggali the west side of Deep Bay (or Agali) is uninhabited, but very nice. It took its name from the chapel located on the hill.
