Totally secluded beach located northwest of the village close to Sitia Panagia Faneromeni. Visitors should come with their own supplies sure to enjoy the solitude and the unspoiled nature. Access by road from Sitia (dirt road), as we emerge from Sitia turn right.
Beautiful bay with fine sand and crystal waters 10 kilometers east of Ierapetra. The tiny sandy bay of Agia Fotia (Holy Fire) holds perhaps the most beautiful beach bar of the county with latin, cuban, and acid jazz sounds, which makes it very popular among young people.
Ahlia sandy beach located 15 kilometers east of Ierapetra, in front of the homonymous small settlement, well protected from the winds that blow in the region. The visitor can enjoy the sea and the sun, enjoying all the amenities of the relatively well-organized beach (sunbeds, umbrellas, sea sports etc) without the crowds.
The beach Koutsouras with dark gray pebbles lying stretched out on its back with crystal and blue-green waters. Located 55 km southeast from Agios Nikolaos and 20 kilometers east of Ierapetra, in front of the seaside village and is well protected from the winds.
The European path E4 after passing Zakros with its beautiful springs and remarkable gorge of the dead ends in the valley of Kato Zakros Minos four thousand years ago built one of his palaces. The Krinaki beach got its name from the beautiful wild lilies that grow near the beach, located 3-4 km north of Xerokampos (dirt road) near the mouth of a river which is usually dry. The beach does not have any tourist facilities or other facilities for swimmers.
