The pebbled beach Goudouras located 73 km southeast from Agios Nikolaos and 37 kilometers east of Ierapetra, in front of the homonymous coastal settlement (approximately 300 residents). It is the last village in the eastern part of the south coast of Crete. The village's name comes from the Cape 'Cape Goudouras', the 'Eritrean' of the ancients. The Goudouras is a corruption of the name of the plant 'Agoudouros'. Organized tourist resort , very busy and a beach with several shops. You can swim in the crystal clear sea in front of the village in the east and alternative Atherinolakos Livari and if a western wind blows.
