The beach Gramvousa called Tigani. Located on the edge of western Crete. It is an idyllic place with pure white sand, emerald waters and lakes, totally untouched by all kinds of tourist facilities. The place remained hidden for a long time and it was difficult to visit, but only by boat. Along the mooring at the end of the peninsula Gramvousa, there is a lovely beach with beautiful turquoise waters. On the hill you can visit the castle Gramvousa. In the coast there is a wreck.
Navigational Aids
Located 8 km east of Kissamos.Nopigeia beach is the continuation of the beach Korfalona except that here the beach is sandy and at some points it is organized.
Located on the site of ancient Diktynna. The beach is beautiful, with pebbles, well sheltered from the wind in a closed bay looking east.
Beautiful beach in Cape Rodopou close to Kolymbari Chania. The easiest way to access the beach is by boat from Kissamos.
Lovely pebbled beach on the west side of Cape Rodopou. You can reach the beach by car, through a passable dirt road.
Kokkina Gkrema is an interesting beach with big pebbles on the west coast of the prefecture. A dirt road leads to the red cliffs that are about 3 km from Sfinari.

Kissamos Kastelli , is a small town west of Chania. Located 41 kilometers from Chania at the end of the National Road of Crete, in Kissamos and the small harbor area.
It is part of a long beach which starts from Kissamos and reaches the Rodopou, near the village. The beach has beautiful sand and pebbles in some places.
