Spotless aquamarine waters, beaches with sand, piney coasts and atmospheric beach bars, with a view to the scenic small port of Pounta. Afitos has a long coast for a swim. Along this coast there are beach-bars with deck chairs and umbrellas. The seabed has sand; however, after a few steps you will find some little stones and seaweed. Pay attention as it is slippery but also because among the stones there can be some small sea urchin around. Shortly after, the stones disappear and the sand returns giving the unique aquamarine color to the sea. Attention if you have children or if you are not an experience swimmer as the sea deepens abruptly.
